Insurance Recoveries

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation of the hard work and dedication that Viivi put into my case against my homeowners insurance company. For two years, I struggled to get adequate communication between my home insurance company and the company representing my condominium association. I had all but given up and was saddened with the thought of having to pay the thousands of dollars in repair costs caused by water damage. She thoroughly explained to me how I was the ultimate victim in this case and that the large insurance companies weren’t working in my best interest and essentially hoping that I would just pay for the damages myself. She was able to gather up all the necessary information and speak with the people in charge of my claim at both insurance companies and get my issue resolved within 2 months time. She made it clear to both parties that I was being treated unfairly and took the necessary steps to get the case resolved. Her knowledge of the insurance company “system” was outstanding and I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family who are in need of any legal advice.
